Q1: How long is the warranty for NUOXTON products?
A1: NUOXTON provides 12 months or 1000 hours for the whole machine from onboard time.

Q2: How about the delivery time?
A2: Usually NUOXTON's production time is 15-20 days after we receive the advanced payment. For some standard products, we may have stock and could deliver immediately.

Q3: How about the continuous working time for the electric series forklifts? And how long does it take to charge the battery fully?
A3: NUOXTON battery continuous working time is around 3-6 hours (working time depends on battery volume). It needs usually 8 - 12 hours to charge the battery. NUOXTON's charger is automatic; after the battery is full, it will stop working automatically.


Q4: Can VIFT provide customized products? OEM products or ODM products?
A4: Yes, VIFT can provide customized products per your request; both OEM and ODM are acceptable. We do a lot of non-standard products; welcome your special request.

Q5: What's the specification of the chargers?
A5: Our charger's voltage could be 110V, 220V, 240V, 380V, or 415V (1 phase or 3 phases, 50/60 Hz). The power plug could be a USA/UK/AUSTRALIA/EUROPEAN standard.
