Q1: HOW is your price compared with other factories?
A: We are professional forklift manufacturers with more than 30 years produce and export experience; we can sure to provide
you a more competitive price than other factories.
Q2: How is Your Delivery Time?
A: In general circumstance, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 30 days, because
we have common parts in stock, so for standard forklifts, we can delivery in very shot time and for some special order requests

Q3: HOW SOON CAN YOU RESPOND TO CLIENT INQUIRIES?

Q4: Which Payment Terms Can You Accept?
A: Normally we can work on a T/T term or L/C term, and sometimes a DP term.
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of
original B/L for a long-term cooperating client.
(2) On L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the
advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 Terms Can You Work With?
A: We are a professional and sophisticated international player, can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms, and normally work on regular
terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP
Q6: How Long Will Your Price be Valid?
A: We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy for windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust
our price based on two situations:
(1) The rate of USD:MB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates.
(2) Manufacturers / factories adjusted the machine price because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
Q7: What Logistics Ways Can You Work for Shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts or other MHE products by various transportation tools.
(1) For 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea to all main continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, and the Middle East.
Oceania, Southeast Asia, etc., either by container or RoRo/bulk shipment.
(2) For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc., we can send them by road or railway.
(3) For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send them by international courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
