1. Check whether there is enough fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and coolant;
2. Check the entire vehicle for oil and water leakage;
3. Check the working condition of various instruments, signals, lighting, switches, buttons and other ancillary equipment (check whether the horn and lights can work normally, whether the turn signal lights flash normally, whether the lights are damaged and whether they are covered).
4. Check the technical condition and tightening of steering, brakes, tires and traction devices.
5. Check the technical condition and tightness of the lifting mechanism, tilting mechanism, fork and hydraulic transmission system.
6. Inspection items before starting the engine: Whether there is oil or water leakage (inspect the vehicle body for a week and check for signs of oil or water leakage, especially the joints, cylinders, pumps, and control valves of the hydraulic pipelines).
7. Inspection items after starting the engine: A. Abnormal sounds and vibrations (especially check whether the engine and liquid oil pump have abnormal noises and vibrations); B. Engine exhaust color (colorless or light blue exhaust color is normal) ).
8. Oil level in the engine oil pan: Check with an oil gauge. If insufficient, add enough. If the engine oil is dirty or discolored seriously, the oil should be replaced.
9. Check whether the tools and accessories provided with the vehicle are complete.
