Characteristics of high temperature and high humidity
Under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity, the temperature is high and the weather is hot, which will also have a great impact on the safe operation of the driver.
1. The heat dissipation performance of the engine becomes poor at high temperature, and the temperature tends to be too high, which deteriorates its power and economy.
2. It is easy to cause the water tank to "boil", the fuel supply system to be blocked, the battery to "lose liquid", the hydraulic brake to fail due to the expansion and deformation of the leather cup, and the air pressure of the tire to explode with the increase of the external temperature, etc.
3. Under the condition of high temperature and high humidity, the lubricating oil (grease) of each part of the forklift tends to become thinner, and the lubricating performance decreases, resulting in increased wear of parts under heavy load.
4. Due to the high temperature and mosquito bites, the driver's sleep is affected, so mental fatigue and heat stroke are prone to occur during work, which is not conducive to operation safety.
5. There are many thunderstorms due to the road surface. There is water in the loading and unloading site, the adhesion is reduced, and it is easy to slide sideways, which affects the safety of forklifts, personnel and goods.
Precautions for driving operation
1. Before entering the summer prevention period, make preparations in advance, release the winter lubricating grease from the engine, drive axle, transmission, steering gear, etc., and add summer lubricating grease according to regulations after cleaning.
2. Clean the water channel, remove the scale in the cooling system, and dredge the heat sink of the radiator. Check the tightness of the fan drive belt frequently.
3. Properly adjust the generator regulator to reduce the charging current of the generator.
4. Pay attention to prevent the engine from overheating during operation, and pay attention to the indication reading of the coolant temperature gauge at any time. If the coolant temperature is too high, take cooling measures. To maintain the amount of coolant, be careful when adding it to prevent the coolant from boiling and causing burns.
5. Always check the temperature and air pressure of the tires. If necessary, stop in a cool place and continue working after the tire temperature drops. Do not use deflation or pour cold water to lower the pressure and temperature, so as not to reduce the service life of the tires.
6. Always check the brake performance to prevent brake failure caused by the aging of the brake master cylinder or the sub-cylinder cup, expansion and deformation, and vaporization of the brake fluid.
7. Adjust the electrolyte density of the battery, and dredge the vent hole on the battery cover to keep the electrolyte 10-15mm above the separator, and add distilled water according to the situation.
8. Ensure adequate sleep before homework and keep energetic. If you feel mental fatigue, drowsiness, unresponsiveness, etc. during the operation, you should stop immediately to rest, or wipe your face with cold water to cheer up, so as to ensure the safety of driving and operation.
9. Do a good job of heatstroke prevention and cooling to prevent heatstroke.
After the final inspection confirms that all parts are in good condition, it can be put into normal use.
