1. Clean the outside of the forklift
2. Add fuel and check lubricating oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, etc.
3. Check whether the V-belt is intact and tight.
4. Check the tire pressure.
5. Check the tightening condition of the forklift frame and lifting chain fastening bolts.
6. Check the fittings and pipe joints of the lifting hydraulic cylinder, tilt hydraulic cylinder, and steering hydraulic cylinder for leaks.
7. Troubleshoot faults found during work.
8. Check and organize on-board tools and accessories.
The following items should be added every 40-50 hours of work:
1) Clean each forklift filter;
2) Clean the outside of the forklift battery, check the electrolyte level and the cleanness and tightening of the terminals and connecting wires;
3) For gasoline engine forklifts, the external loose bolts should be checked;
4) Check and tighten the easily loose bolts on the outside of each assembly of the vehicle;
5) Add grease to the coolant pump bearings, universal joint king pins, horizontal tie rod ball pins, tilt hydraulic cylinder cross pins, three-link plate center pins, forks, rollers and other parts;
6) Lubricate and adjust the lifting chain.
