Dec 15, 2023

Low battery: Electric forklifts require batteries to provide power. If the battery power is low, the forklift cannot lift properly. You can check the battery power. If the power is low, you need to charge it in time.

Motor failure: The motor of an electric forklift is the core component. If the motor fails, the forklift will not work properly. You can check whether the motor has any abnormal sound or heat. If so, it needs to be replaced or repaired in time.

Hydraulic system failure: The hydraulic system of an electric forklift is the main component responsible for lifting and lowering goods. If the hydraulic system fails, the forklift cannot lift properly. You can check whether there are oil leaks, blockages, etc. in components such as hydraulic pumps and hydraulic cylinders. If so, they need to be repaired or replaced in time.

Control system failure: The control system of the electric forklift is the component responsible for controlling the work of the forklift. If the control system fails, the forklift cannot lift normally. You can check whether there are any abnormalities in the circuits and switches of the control system. If so, they need to be repaired or replaced in time.
