The 2-ton heavy-duty electric pallet truck is designed for high-intensity warehousing and logistics. It is equipped with an AC drive motor and a lithium iron phosphate battery pack. It has a rated load of 2000kg and a load center distance of 500mm. The standard length of the fork is 1150mm, which can be extended to 1220mm to meet the needs of double-sided pallet loading and unloading. It adopts the American Curtis intelligent controller to achieve stepless speed regulation and precise control. The full-load driving speed reaches 4.4km/h. It is equipped with an electronic power steering system (EPS) that can reduce the workforce by 40%, and female workers can also drive it easily. The core technical highlights include triple safety protection: the LED panoramic lighting system improves the visibility of operations in low-light environments, the emergency power-off device can cut off the power supply within 0.3 seconds, and the overload protection module automatically limits the pressure to operate. The lithium battery supports 2.5 hours of fast charging and 8 hours of continuous operation. It is 35% lighter than lead-acid batteries, has an IP54 protection rating, and can adapt to harsh environments such as -25°C cold chain storage and dusty workshops. The vehicle is compact, with a total length of 2.15 meters and a very small turning radius of 1.98 meters. It can turn flexibly in a narrow channel of 2.3 meters. The maximum lifting height of the fork is 3 meters, and the static height of the mast is 2.06 meters. It supports customized solutions for picking at a height of 6 meters. Multi-scenario adaptation solutions are provided for special working conditions: the solid tire version is suitable for outdoor yard gravel roads, the polyurethane wheel configuration reduces noise to less than 65 decibels, and the optional low-temperature hydraulic oil and heated handles can be extended to cold storage operations.
