The folding operator platform allows the operator to ride along with the HEF16/5 over longer distances and control the truck from the comfort of the operator's station. The side-folding safety bars ensure that the operator has a secure footing at all times when driving around bends and protect against falling. When not in use, the operator's platform and safety bars are simply folded onto the high lift truck.

Thanks to the waterproof control unit, the high quality electronic high lift truck is perfectly suited to the demands of harsh working conditions such as cold, humidity and dust and is ideally suited for use in e.g. cold stores (for a limited time depending on the temperature) and production halls. The HEF16/5 is not designed for permanent use in cold stores and in rain / humidity.

HEF16/5 assists in transporting, picking and stacking loads up to 1.600 kg and a lift height of 90 - 5.000 mm. Due to the low noise level of 74 dB, even longer work with the electric high lift truck is pleasant.

The compact dimensions of the manoeuvrable, all-electric high lift truck with driver's platform are perfect for use in small warehouses and production areas that nevertheless move a few goods a day and also cover distances. The ergonomically designed tiller enables user-friendly control of all lifting and lowering functions conveniently via the multifunction tiller knob. All important control instruments such as battery charge indicator, hour meter, emergency stop switch and key are centrally located and in the operator's direct field of vision.

Additional protection is provided by the complete enclosure of the vehicle housing and the low ground clearance, as this reduces the risk of injuries in the foot area. Due to the low ground clearance, it is important that the HEF16/5 is only used on smooth, level floors and roadways.

The low enclosure height and lattice construction of the mast allows good visibility through the telescopic mast - people and goods are in view at all times.

The motor power of 2.200 W supports you perfectly when transporting Euro pallets and mesh boxes up to 1.600 kg. The battery capacity of 210 Ah guarantees a total running time of 4 h at full capacity. The built-in acid battery has a voltage of 24 V. This is conveniently charged at any normal 220 V socket using the external charger. When the battery is completely discharged, the charging process takes approx. 7 h.

The transport speed is a maximum of 5 km/h (pedestrian speed), thanks to the control function, the speed is steplessly controlled by the tilt lever. Thus, the electric high lift truck with folded platform travels at a comfortable speed even on foot. An electromechanical regenerative brake ensures easy and safe transport of the goods and also helps to extend the battery life.

The electric high lift truck can be used up to a gradient of 5 - 7 % depending on the load.

The smooth-running, easily manoeuvrable castors made of PU and high-quality ball bearings are standard equipment of HEF16/5. These PU These PU castors impress with their abrasion resistance and good grip, while rolling smoothly and quietly over uneven surfaces - a perfect balance between smooth running and rolling resistance. The 3 kW steering motor makes manoeuvring the electric truck child's play. Please consider your floor loading before using the HEF16/5.

Good to know: Warehouse staff do not need special training or a forklift licence for this. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to operating the lifting device is sufficient. When working with HEF16/5 electric pallet truck, it is of course important to observe and comply with legal requirements.

Please inform yourself about the applicable national regulations in the country of use before commissioning. The commissioning engineer is responsible for commissioning the device and for selecting suitable personnel for its use.

IMPORTANT - Handling the battery:
Please follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating instructions. It is important not to allow the battery to become deeply discharged under any circumstances. It is therefore recommended that the battery is charged regularly, even when the appliance is not in use.
