Electric hoist is a kind of lifting equipment installed on overhead crane and gantry crane. Electric hoist has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and convenient use. It is used in industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, docks and other places.
Electric hoist has compact structure. The electric hoist with motor axis perpendicular to the drum axis adopts worm gear transmission device. Its disadvantages are: large length and width, bulky structure, low mechanical efficiency, difficult processing, etc. The hydraulic system is double controlled, and the overflow regulating valve and magnetic contact pressure gauge can accurately control the pressure. The electrical control department adopts low voltage control to increase the safety of the control system.

The lifting weight is generally 0.3 to 80 tons, and the lifting height is 3 to 30 meters. It is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and drum or sprocket, and is divided into wire rope electric hoist and chain electric hoist. Among them, chain electric hoist is divided into imported and domestic; wire rope electric hoist is divided into single speed lifting and double speed lifting; micro electric hoist, winch, multi-function hoist.

Installation and use
Electric hoists are generally installed on single-beam cranes, bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and suspension cranes. With a little modification, it can also be used as a winch. Therefore, it is an essential machine to improve labor efficiency and improve working conditions.

Heavy-duty working system JC40% electric hoist is used in heavy work, where the load is often at the rated value or requires a higher safety factor.
Electric hoist structure reducer: adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear rotation mechanism, the gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel, the box body and the box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, tightly assembled and well sealed. The reducer is a component in itself, which is extremely convenient for loading and unloading.
Control box: It adopts a device that can cut off the main circuit in an emergency and has an upper and lower stroke protection fire limiter. It ensures the safe operation of the electric hoist. The electrical components have a long life and are reliable to use.
Wire rope: The lifting wire rope includes phosphating coated wire rope, galvanized wire rope and stainless steel wire rope, and implements the current national standard GB/T5972-1986 "Practical Specifications for Inspection and Scrapping of Wire Ropes for Hoisting Machinery", which ensures durability.
Conical motor: The hoisting motor adopts a large starting torque conical rotor braking asynchronous motor, without the need for an external brake. The motor load duration is 25%, the motor adopts Class B or Class F insulation, and the motor protection level is IP44/IP54.
Push button switch: light and flexible manual operation, divided into two modes: rope control and wireless remote control.

According to the different relative positions of the motor and the drum, it can be roughly divided into four types:
(1) The electric hoist with the motor axis perpendicular to the drum axis adopts a worm gear transmission device, which has a large width, a bulky structure, low mechanical efficiency, and is difficult to process. No manufacturer produces products of this structural type.
(2) The electric hoist with the motor axis parallel to the drum axis has the advantages of small height and length.
(3) The electric hoist with the motor installed inside the drum has the advantages of small length and compact structure.
(4) The electric hoist with the motor installed outside the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high degree of commonality, easy change of lifting height, and convenient installation and maintenance.
Main features
Structure and features of wire rope electric hoist: The machine adopts mechatronic design. By replacing different molds, wire ropes of different specifications can be pressed. It is easy to operate and safe; it is convenient to inspect, install and maintain the motor. Its main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, and complex power supply installation, manufacturing and assembly.
