1. Check the work before use
a. There should be no obstacles and floating objects within the walking range of the operator, within the line of sight, and on the route where heavy objects pass.
b. The up and down, left and right directions of the manual control button should be accurate and sensitive, and the motor and reducer should have no abnormal sound.
c. The brake should be sensitive and reliable.
d. There should be no foreign matter on the running track of the electric hoist.
e. The action of the upper and lower limiters should be accurate and sensitive.
f. The hook stop nut should be fastened securely.
g. The hook should be flexible in horizontal and vertical rotation.
h. The hook pulley should rotate flexibly.
i. The wire rope should have no obvious cracks, be neatly arranged on the drum, and have no signs of disengagement from the pulley groove, twisting, overlapping buckles, etc., and be well lubricated.
j. There is no abnormality in the lifting aids.
k. The working environment temperature of electric hoist is -25~+40℃
l. Electric hoists are not suitable for places full of corrosive gases or relative humidity greater than 85%, and cannot replace explosion-proof hoists. It is not suitable for lifting molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive items.
2. The electric hoist is not allowed to lift and unload heavy objects sideways, and overloading is prohibited.
3. During use, the operator should always check whether the wire rope is buckled, knotted, grooved, worn, etc. If it occurs, it should be eliminated in time, and the rope guide and limit switch should be checked frequently to see if it is safe and reliable.
4. Do not artificially use the stopper to stop the lifting of heavy objects or stop the operation of equipment in daily work.
5. After the work is finished, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
6. Special maintenance personnel should be appointed to check the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist once a week, and troubleshoot if found.
