1. Usage methods and precautions
(1) Before work, remove obstacles around and below the machine;
(2) When lifting, no one should be allowed in the designated area of the lift, the vehicles above and below the machine, and on the platform;
(3) Vehicles or other goods that exceed the lifting capacity of the machine cannot be lifted;
(4) When lifting, a rubber pad should be placed under the vehicle chassis;
(5) Observe whether the lift platform is synchronized at any time during the lifting process. If any abnormality is found, stop it in time, check and eliminate the fault before it can be put into use;
(6) When lowering, first raise the lifting platform a little, and pay attention to whether the two safety claws and safety teeth are completely disengaged, otherwise stop descending;
(7) When the machine is not used for a long time or stays overnight, the platform should be lowered to the lowest position, the vehicle should be driven away, and the power supply should be cut off.
2. Lift maintenance and upkeep
(1) It should be operated by trained operators;
(2) Add engine oil to all hinge shafts of this machine with an oil bottle once a week;
(3) Grease the moving parts such as the insurance rack and the upper and lower slides once a month;
(4) Replace the hydraulic oil once a year, and the oil level should be kept at the upper limit for a long time.
