Forklift Work Safety Requirements

1. The gantry must not be deformed or welded off. The rolling clearance of the inner and outer gantry should be adjusted reasonably, not greater than 1.5mm. The rollers should rotate flexibly, and the rollers and shafts should be free of cracks and defects. The amount of wheel groove wear shall not be greater than 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two lifting chains should be even, not distorted and deformed, the ends should be firmly connected, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the original length, otherwise the chains should be replaced. The sprocket rotation should be flexible.
3. The fork frame must not be severely deformed and the weld seam should not be desoldered. There must be no cracks on the surface of the fork and no welding seams. The root angle of the fork shall not be greater than 93°, and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of the fork. The positioning of the fork should be reliable, the supporting surface and positioning surface of the fork hook should not have obvious defects, the matching gap between the fork and the fork frame should not be too large, and the movement should be smooth.
4. The connection between the lifting cylinder and the mast should be firm, and the hinges between the tilting cylinder, the mast and the frame should be firm and flexible, and the fit clearance should not be too large. The oil cylinder should be well sealed, free from cracks, and work smoothly. Under the rated load, the self-sinking amount of the gantry frame shall not be greater than 20mm in 10 minutes, and the inclination angle shall not be greater than 0.5°. The hoisting speed should not be lower than half of the standard value when fully loaded.
5. The overhead guards and shelves must be complete and effective.
6. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the upper and lower sides of the fork, and it is not allowed to use a single fork to pick up goods with high overload.
7. Forklift drivers with a forklift driver's license to avoid multiple drivers for one forklift.
