1. The QDY double beam bridge loading crane is one of the main equipment in steel manufacturing continuous casting technology. Mainly used for smelting metal transport, casting, and hot metal loading.

2. The QDY double beam casting crane consists of a boxed bridge frame, a hook, a crane walking mechanism, and an electrical system. The main hook uses a load tool as the lifting device to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary hook cooperates with the main hook to complete the pouring of molten steel and steel slag, as well as other auxiliary lifting.

 

 

1. Adopt Siemens PLC and Siemens frequency converter for control and drive. Meanwhile, Profinet is used for communication between PLC and frequency converter. It is equipped with communication detection function, which can detect the working status of each site in real time.
2. A monitoring system has been installed to monitor the working status of the crane in real-time.
3. The lifting mechanism of the ladle crane adopts a redundant system design to ensure the safety and reliability of lifting liquid metal.
