Manual hoist operation method

1. It is strictly forbidden to use cable-stayed overload.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use power other than manpower to operate.
3. Before use, it must be confirmed that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without wrongly twisted chain links. The lower hook frame of the double-row chain must not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and the heavy object can slowly fall.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight is rising or falling, when pulling the bracelet, the force should be even and gentle. Do not use too much force to prevent the bracelet from jumping or snapping.
8. If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, he should stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure in case of a falling object accident.
9. After the heavy object lands safely and stably, remove the lower hook of the chain hoist.
10. After use, handle it with care, put it in a dry and ventilated place, apply lubricating oil and put it away.
