⑷ The brake wheel and the rear end cover are rusted and seized, and the brake wheel cannot be separated. Remove the brake wheel and clean the rusted surface
⑸ Sweeping the motor chamber, deal with it according to fault number 9
⑹ The wire is too thin, replace the wire
2. Braking is unreliable, and the sliding distance exceeds the specified requirements
⑴ The spring pressure is reduced due to the large wear of the brake ring or other reasons, and the spring pressure is adjusted
⑵ The brake ring is in poor contact with the conical surface of the rear end cover, remove it for grinding
(3) There is oil on the braking surface, remove it for cleaning
⑷ The brake ring is loose, replace the brake ring
⑸ The pressure spring is fatigued, replace the spring
⑹ The coupling is not moving or stuck, check the connecting part
⑺ The amount of movement of the conical rotor is too large, adjust it according to the regulations
3. The temperature of the motor is too high
⑴ Overload use, load reduction use
⑵ Operation is too frequent, reduce the number of operations
(3) The brake clearance is too small, and the brake ring is not completely disengaged during operation, which is equivalent to an additional load. readjust
4. The sound of the reducer is too loud
⑴ Poor lubrication, disassemble and overhaul
5. The motor hums when starting
⑴ Low phase of power supply and motor, overhaul or replace contactor
6. The heavy object rises into the air, and it cannot be started after parking
⑴ The voltage is too low and fluctuates greatly, wait for the voltage to recover before restarting
⑵ Overload lifting, load reduction use
7. Cannot stop after starting, or when it reaches the limit position, it still does not stop
⑴ The contacts of the AC contactor are welded, and the main power supply is quickly cut off for disassembly and maintenance or replacement
⑵ The limiter fails, replace the AC contactor
(3) The inner wire of the limiter is wrongly connected, and the circuit of the limiter is repaired
8. Reducer oil leakage
⑴ Between the box body and the box cover, the sealing ring is poorly assembled or damaged, remove it for inspection or replace the sealing ring
⑵ The connection screw is not tightened, tighten the screw
⑶ Refueling excess, refueling according to regulations
9. The gap between the conical rotor or stator of the motor is too small to cause friction (called sweeping)
The factory products are not allowed to "sweep the bore". The main reasons for the occurrence of "sweep the bore" are: the wear of the support ring on the motor shaft, the axial displacement of the rotor core, or the displacement of the customized iron core. Remove and replace the supporting ring so that there is a uniform gap between the stator and rotor cone surfaces, each side is 0.35~0.55mm (small motor gap is small) or send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
