Our quality management process covers from parts to the entire vehicle, from pre production to post production, ensuring that every process meets quality standards:

  Raw Material Procurement and Acceptance
  All components undergo quality inspection to test their performance and strength against standards.

  Production Process Control and Supervision
  Advanced technologies are employed for cutting, welding, polishing, etc., ensuring zero-defect production. Supervisors conduct sampling tests during production to ensure specifications and processes meet actual requirements.

  Product Inspection and Testing
  We has an independent vehicle testing site equipped with various advanced testing instruments. Before leaving the factory, products undergo quality tests, including stability tests, braking performance tests, loading and unloading, steering, driving performance, lighting, low-temperature condition tests, etc.

  Packaging and Pre-Shipment Inspection
  Prior to shipment, our technical team conducts comprehensive inspections and tests on each piece of equipment to ensure mechanical performance and key component standards meet qualifications, and that product models and quantities match the order.

  After-Sales Service and Quality Feedback
  We provides a one-year comprehensive quality assurance service for each product sold. During this period, if product damage occurs due to non-human factors, we will provide necessary vulnerable parts replacement services free of charge.
