Main technical parameters of forklift

The structural characteristics and working performance data of forklift are called the technical parameters of forklift, and the technical parameters of forklift are divided into three categories: performance parameters, size parameters and weight parameters.
The main performance parameters of forklift truck are: rated lifting weight, load center distance, maximum lifting height, free lifting height, gantry Angle, maximum lifting speed, maximum driving speed, maximum gradient, minimum transition radius, engine (motor, battery) performance indicators.
The main size parameters are: overall size (length, width, height), wheelbase, front and rear wheel base, minimum ground clearance, etc.
The main weight parameters are: dead weight, no-load front axle load, no-load rear axle load, full load front axle load, full load rear axle load, etc.
1. Rated lifting weight: specifies the maximum quality of forklift lifting goods.
2. Load center distance: the distance between the center of gravity of the rated weight cargo and the front surface of the vertical section of the fork. The value is "mm". According to different rated lifting weights, the corresponding load center distance is specified as the reference value.
3. Maximum lifting height when rated lifting weight: under rated lifting weight, the cargo fork rises to the highest position, the door frame is vertical, and the vertical distance from the ground to the plane of the cargo fork is vertical.
4. Free lifting height: the maximum vertical distance between the upper plane of the fork and the ground when the gantry is lifted without load, the gantry is vertical and the gantry height is unchanged.
5. Front Angle of the gantry, rear Angle of the gantry: in the no-load state, the maximum Angle of the gantry relative to the vertical position forward or backward.
6, full load, no load maximum lifting speed: in rated lifting weight or no load state, the maximum lifting speed of the fork or equipment.
7. Full load, no load maximum operating speed: in rated weight or no load state, the maximum speed of the vehicle on the whole hard road.
8. Maximum gradient: The maximum gradient that the vehicle can climb over when it is driving stably at the specified speed without load or rated lifting weight.

9, minimum transition radius: in the no-load state, the vehicle travels forward or backward at low speed, turns left or right, and the steering wheel is at the maximum corner, the maximum distance from the outside of the body to the turning center.
10. Forklift length: for counterweight forklift, it refers to the horizontal distance from the fork tip to the end of the body.
11. Forklift width: the maximum horizontal distance between the two sides of the forklift.
12, forklift height: the vertical distance from the ground to the top of the forklift.
13, Wheelbase: the horizontal distance between the front and rear axle center lines.
14, wheel distance: the distance between the left and right wheels of the same bridge and the center of the ground contact surface. The pitch of multiple wheels is measured at the center point.
15, minimum ground clearance: the vertical distance between the lowest point and the ground of the vehicle in rated weight or no load state, except for the wheels.
16, self-weight: the mass of the vehicle in the no-load state.
17, bridge load: forklift in the no-load or rated starting state, the vertical load borne by the bridge.
